RBS ordered to redo disclosure in £20m loan agreement dispute

6 January 2021: The Lawyer reports on the recent decision of the High Court in which RBS is ordered to perform an electronic search of its Relationship Manager Platform over concerns that this had not been done, despite the Bank’s claims to the contrary.
