Legal ease: Fanciful defences

14 February 2022: CYK Counsel Mikhail Vishnyakov writes for Funds Europe on the recent changes to the PRIME Finance arbitration rules. The updated rules permit fanciful defences and weak claims to be determined more quickly. By permitting a faster process for such claims, arbitration may become a more appealing choice for resolving potential disputes arising out of financial transactions.  Please see here for full article.
