Samuel Peters

Sam is an experienced paralegal who has worked on matters across the firm’s commercial disputes practice, including those concerning financial regulations and sanctions. In addition to his work with CYK, he has held positions of responsibility in a number of voluntary contexts, most notably representing a claimant at a two-day hearing in the Employment Tribunal and securing an out of court settlement.

Background

Sam read history at Gonville & Caius College Cambridge before converting to law. He worked as paralegal at CYK for two years before leaving to take the bar course at City St George’s, University of London. He rejoined the firm in 2026.
