CYK Partner Lydia Danon to speak at Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Miami conference, 28-30 Oct 2020

CYK partner Lydia Danon is delighted to be speaking at The 9^th Annual Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Miami event, organised by C5, which will this year be held online from October 28^th to 30^th.

Lydia will be taking part in a panel discussion entitled ‘The Finer Points of Navigating International Arbitration: Non-Parties, Depositions, Injunctions-and Your Growing Legal Skills Set’, which will share ‘war stories’ on topics such as

• Contrasting the skills set required for effective handling of arbitration proceedings vs. trials
