Jessica Storey

Jessica joined Cooke, Young & Keidan in June 2024.  She has experience acting on a wide range of civil, commercial and regulatory matters, with a focus on complex contractual, equitable and civil fraud disputes.

Prior to joining Cooke, Young and Keidan, Jessica was a junior barrister at New Zealand’s leading commercial set of barristers’ chambers.  She has appeared (as counsel or junior counsel) at various levels of the New Zealand court sysem, in specialist tribunals, and in arbitrations.

Background

Jessica is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.  She graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science and French.  She holds a Master of Laws from New York University.
