Joseph’s practice has seen him work with a broad range of clients, from global corporates and financial institutions, to high net worth individuals / family offices operating predominantly (but not exclusively) within the technology, energy and insurance sectors.
Joseph has extensive experience of litigation in England and Wales, international arbitration (commercial and investor state), mediation and various other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
In addition to his core disputes practice, Joseph has also spent over 18 months seconded to businesses operating within the technology and retail sectors, managing external legal suppliers in high value and business critical litigation.
Background
Joseph joined Cooke, Young & Keidan from the London dispute resolution practice at DWF Law LLP, where he trained and thereafter practiced for seven years. Prior to this, Joseph obtained an LLB (Hons) degree from Durham University, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
