Tulsi joined Cooke, Young & Keidan in November 2022, prior to which she practiced in the dispute resolution team of a top-ranking Indian firm that has strong ties with the U.K. – ALMT Legal, for three years.

Tulsi’s practice focuses on complex, cross-border commercial disputes including both litigation and international arbitration. Tulsi has experience in advising international clients on contractual and shareholder/joint venture disputes, insolvency issues, interim relief applications and enforcement actions. Tulsi has a particular interest in and focus on India-related disputes and visits India regularly.

Tulsi recently graduated at the top of her class, with Distinction and on the Dean’s List from Georgetown University Law Center with a Master of Laws in International Business and Economic Law, and with a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. While studying, Tulsi served as the President of the Georgetown International Arbitration Society.

Tulsi also holds an LL.B. degree from Government Law College, Mumbai and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University.
