CYK Partner Philip Young to speak at C5 Geneva conference, 23-25 March 2021

Philip Young has been invited to join the speaker panel for this year’s C5 Conference on Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery which usually takes place in Geneva but which will this year be online from 23 to 25 March 2021.

Philip will be chairing a round table discussion on virtual trials, where participants will share ‘war stories’, tips and advice in a session entitled ‘The Verdict on Remote Cross-Examinations: The Most Effective Approaches-and Newest Pitfalls’.
