CYK invited to speak by Serle Court in New York

Leading barristers chambers Serle Court recently invited senior associate Sam Roberts to speak at its International Trusts and Commercial Litigation Conference in New York.

Sam participated in a panel discussion on judgment avoidance, where the panel members discussed EU and common law causes of action against persons who assist judgment debtors in avoiding paying judgments.  There was particular interest in the principles raised by CYK’s recent ground-breaking case for CMOC in terms of post-judgment asset-tracing and enforcement.  CYK partner Marc Keidan also attended the conference.
