Andrew joined Cooke, Young & Keidan in June 2025. Andrew has handled a wide range of disputes including technology and IT disputes, shareholder and board disputes, high-value commercial matters and international fraud and asset-recovery. Andrew has acted in disputes before the English Commercial Court, Business and Property Courts and the Technology and Construction Court. Andrew’s practice spans sectors including technology, data centres, entertainment, outsourcing, financial institutions and public and government bodies.

In addition to his core disputes practice, Andrew has also spent time on secondment at a FTSE 100 multinational sports betting and gambling company where he was legal counsel in the International IP & Litigation team.

Prior to joining Cooke, Young & Keidan, Andrew was in the City office of Browne Jacobson LLP where he trained and practised for four years.

Background

Andrew graduated from the University of Kent where he read History. Andrew completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at City University of London and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. He also holds an LLM in International Business Law from King’s College London, where he graduated with Distinction.
