CYK Partner Philip Young to speak at White Paper Civil Fraud on-demand event from 16 Feb 2021

Philip Young is one of the speakers at an online, on-demand civil fraud conference organised by White Paper which is available from 16 February 2021 to 16 June 2021.

The event is entitled ‘Civil Fraud: Shaping New Law into Solution-Focused Answers for Your Clients’ and Philip will be addressing the question of ‘How do you take action against parties unknown, with respect to spear phishing, cyber-attacks and paying funds away to fraudsters’ accounts?’

Philip led the team from CYK acting for CMOC which obtained the first worldwide freezing order against ‘persons unknown’ and will discuss this and other cases in this evolving area of civil fraud.
