CYK Senior Associates Rosie Wild and Kajal Patel attend the International Association of Young Lawyers’ Half-Year Conference in Hong Kong

29 May 2019: Rosie Wild and Kajal Patel recently attended the Half-Year International Association of Young Lawyers’ conference in Hong Kong, organised by AIJA.  The conference was attended by over 200 international lawyers and dealt with topical issues including the latest on how companies find and raise capital (public and private) at home and abroad, and how to do this effectively whilst protecting stakeholders. Rosie moderated a panel that focused on how countries can co-operate to attempt to repatriate stolen funds to victims, focussing on state remedies from the perspective of lawyers from England, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Japan. The panel inspired lively conversations that continued throughout the conference.
