CYK welcomes new joiners and recent promotions

5 October 2021: CYK are pleased to welcome two new joiners – Mikhail Vishnyakov as Counsel and Emily Davies as Associate. Mikhail is a dispute resolution specialist with a focus on international arbitration, who will further strengthen CYK’s flourishing practice particularly in Russia and the CIS.  He joins from Linklaters, having started as an Associate in 2014 and then working as Managing Associate from May 2016 to present.  Mikhail has particular expertise advising on corporate disputes and claims concerning assets in emerging markets, and also advises on financial sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption issues. Emily Davies joins from Morgan Lewis and Bockius, having completed a training contract with the firm.  She has experience in commercial litigation, international arbitration, internal investigations, and providing advice on sanctions and import/export controls.  We hope that you will have an opportunity to meet both Mikhail and Emily in the near future.

We are also delighted to announce the recent promotions of Shamilee Arora and Peter Stewart to the role of Senior Associate.  We hope that you will join us in congratulating them both on their achievement.
