“Iason joined CYK in September 2024 and undertakes a broad range of commercial work”

Background

Iason studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at LSE (First Class Honours). During his undergraduate degree, he was awarded the LSE100 Prize for Academic Achievement and ranked 2nd out of 285 in political theory, 1st out of 36 in PPE applications in policymaking, and 2nd out of 42 in logic.

A major scholar of Lincoln’s Inn, he then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at City Law School (Distinction) and the Bar Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy (Distinction). During his GDL studies, he ranked joint 1st out of 166 in Public Law, won the Kingsland Cup and Prize Moot, and volunteered at the School Exclusion Project, where he helped parents appeal their child’s permanent exclusion.

Between his undergraduate degree and his GDL studies, Iason ran an NGO project on the history of Varosha, Cyprus.
